HAVING PROBLEMS WITH SITE LOGIN?

If you had logged in previously without issue, there may have been an auto changeover of security tokens. Closing your browser and reopening should fix things by flushing out the old cookies.

If it doesn’t, manually clear your cookies to remove old ones so they don’t conflict with the new. Click the little padlock icon in the Browser URL field. Depending on the  Browser you use, it should give an option to clear the cookies from the site. Do so, close the browser, fire it up again and you should be good to go.

If that doesn’t do the trick or you use a browser which doesn’t give that option via the URL padlock icon, go to the Settings of your browser and find Privacy and Security and select Cookies and Data. Clear cookies from this site.

Double check your spelling for both your username (which is the email you registered with and it’s case sensitive) and password. You’d be surprised how many people make typos in their email as well as their password.

If you have problems with passwords I recommend LastPass.com which will save you having to remember multiple complex passwords. You only have to remember a single password, and it’s free.

If you have forgotten your current password click the ‘Forgotten Password’ link on the Login Page and it will email you a link to reset it (check your spam folder if it hasn’t arrived.) If it ends up in spam be sure to Whitelist this domain in your email app to try and prevent that. Wait at least 10 minutes before requesting another.

(If it can’t send you a reset link because it says your Username doesn’t exist and you have checked for typos then your account may have been deemed inactive and deleted. In that case either Register again or contact Zelly to see if your old account can be restored.)
